Simple Taco Salad

Simple taco salad
My family loves Mexican-style food and this taco salad has become a family favorite ever since being introduced to us by a fellow mommy blogger a few years ago.

Ingredients for Taco Salad:

- 1 head of iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 6 pcs tomatoes, chopped
- 1-2 pcs onion, chopped (optional)

- 1 pc paprika, chopped (optional)
- 1 bag taco chips
- 400 g minced meat, fried
- 1 bottle salsa sauce
- 1 cup creme fraiche
- 1 cup canned corn
- 250 g grated cheese

Taco Salad
Preparation:

Layer the listed ingredients starting from the top in a casserole pan. In a preheated oven, let bake on 200 degrees Celcius for 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.

On the first photo, there's a side dish of cucumber-joghurt dip.

Tip: Our family loves using the midly-spicy salsa, while for taco chips, we prefer the cheesy kind though my husband would have loved the paprika-flavored chips.
