Cheesecake with Blackberries and Yellow Plums

The original recipe called for raspberries, which we don't have in our garden -- so I used what we have in overflowing: blackberries and yellow plums.

Ingredients:

300 g flour
275 g sugar
2 packs vanilla extract
175 g butter
5 medium-sized eggs
a pinch of salt
200 g yellow plums (sliced and with the seeds removed)
200 g blackberries
750 g curd cheese
200 g sour cream
coarse sugar to sprinkle
butter for the baking form

Preparation:

Combine flour, 125 g sugar, one pack vanilla extract, butter, egg and salt using a handheld mixer. Later, use your hands to knead the dough in crumbles.
Grease the baking form. Spread half of the dough in the baking form. Put inside the ref for around 30 minutes, including the other half of the dough.
Combine curd cheese, sour cheese, 150 g sugar, and 1 pack vanilla extract; then add the eggs one at a time.
Pour the cheese mixture in the baking form, distribute the yellow plums and blackberries on top, add the rest of the crumbled dough.
Bake 175 degrees in a pre-heated oven, for around an hour. Let the cake rest for around 10 minutes inside after turning off the oven. Then sprinkle with coarse sugar before serving.
