Chemical Diet

Let me share this to you. A friend swears to it. My husband's a fan. I havent tried it though. A chemical diet is a three-day diet composed of selected natural food that helps burn body fat as fast as possible. If this sounds like a television commercial, blame the diet :-)

First Day Menu Plan

Breakfast:
½ grapefruit or juice
1 slice toast
1 tbsp peanut butter
black coffee or tea

Lunch:
½ cup tuna
1 slice toast
black coffee or tea

Dinner:
2 slices any type of meat (about 3 oz.)
1 cup string beans
1 cup carrots or beets
1 small apple
1 cup vanilla ice cream

Second Day Menu Plan

Breakfast:
1 boiled egg
1 sliced toast
½ banana
black coffee or tea

Lunch:
1 cup cottage cheese or tuna
5 saltine crackers

Dinner:
2 hotdogs
1 cup broccoli or cabbage
½ cup carrots
½ banana
½ cup vanilla ice cream

Third Day Menu Plan

Breakfast:
1 slice cheddar cheese
5 saltine crackers
1 small apple
black coffee or tea

Lunch:
1 hard boiled egg
1 slice toast
black coffee or tea

Dinner:
1 cup tuna
1 cup beets or carrots
1 cup cauliflower or greens
½ cup vanilla ice cream

Note: No substitutions. Salt and pepper can be added, but no other seasonings. This can be done for only three days, then you would loose at least 10 pounds. After three days, you can start eating the usual food. You can also start again the 3-day diet after a period of time.

My husband's only complaint? He's still hungry at the end of the day. Come on, why call this diet if it would keep you full, hehe.

A doctor-friend of mine from UP-PGH gave me a similar diet years ago. He said that the combination of foods somehow caused a chemical imbalance in the body that helped us burn fat faster. This is safe for a short period lang. Lethal if practiced longer. Me, I didn't use it. I just starved myself :)

your doctor friend is right, it must be done for a short period only! alam mo, by husband said this chemical diet is also like starving, hehe!
